These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the ScerLab website and the services we provide.

Services

ScerLab provides website design, development, branding, AI integrations and ongoing maintenance services as described on this website.

Pricing and payments

Pricing is quoted per project. A deposit is typically required before work begins and the balance at launch. Monthly maintenance is billed thereafter.

Revisions and additional work

Revisions or additional work outside the agreed project scope may be charged at €40 per hour. Emergency work may be charged at €80 per hour.

Ownership

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final website design and content produced under their project.

Limitation of liability

ScerLab is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
